"Long, long ago, the great race of dragons ruled these lands. A magnificent race, they were unrivaled in strength, beauty, and intelligence. They were unrivaled in their glory. But this was not to last.
"Many attempts had been made to slay dragons, or to use their power for dark purposes. All failed, until one sorceress, whose name has been lost to time, discovered a way to steal the power of all dragons for herself. The dragons rapidly disappeared as her powers grew, and nothing of the great beasts was left behind. Any fool who dared to stand against her was instantly destroyed, and all too soon every last dragon was gone. All that remained of them was a single, tiny egg, which somehow eluded the witch - for once she had the egg, she would become all-powerful. Yet it was from this egg that the great Eldivir gained the power to stop her."

A.k.a. the first two paragraphs of the actual story. But the word 'teaser' just works better, because you don't know that this is actually just a brief legend/history lesson given to the main character at the beginning of the story

Anyway, just thought I'd give you guys something, because the general (though very quietly voiced) opinion seems to be that YES I MUST UPLOAD MOAR STORIES RAAAWWR-

So, yes, you can (somewhat reasonably, for once) expect to see moredreaded walls of text literature from me in the vague future. Don't expect to see anything resembling consistency though. 
And I just realized, you still have basically no idea what this story is about. Ahahahahahaha.
